• Providing recreational equipment and ensembles for innovative diversification of the basic service;

• Ensuring efficient project management by contracting the services necessary for the project;

• Introducing product and process innovation, expanding, modernizing and certifying the activity;

• Respecting horizontal principles, in order to achieve energy savings and corresponding to the circular economy, adapting infrastructure to access and operation by people with disabilities, equal opportunities, gender and non-discrimination.

Description of the achievement of specific objectives

1. The first specific objective will be achieved by contracting the works to expand the guesthouse to create accommodation spaces in the attic of the building, mainly in the form of 2-bedroom apartments for families with children. For the possibility of placing outdoor recreational facilities, their infrastructure will be built, utility networks will be extended, and the land will be drained and fenced.

2. To achieve specific objective no. 2, the project will purchase equipment and sets of equipment for recreational purposes:

• a covered swimming pool;

• an outdoor tub;

• a dry sauna;

• a wet sauna;

• a hydromassage pool located in the basement of the guesthouse.

3. To carry out the construction works and place the recreational equipment, contracts for technical assistance, advertising, preparation of technical documentation, work monitoring and support management will be concluded, the necessary permits will be obtained and all fees will be paid.

4. To achieve the 3rd specific objective, software will be purchased to modernize the activity and services will be contracted for the certification of the activity and service.

5. To achieve specific objective no. 5, equipment will be purchased to reduce the negative impact of the activity on the environment, facilities for people with disabilities, measures will be taken to meet the DNSH conditions, people will be hired, including from the disadvantaged category, and services for organizing interregionalization and internationalization activities will be contracted. Also, systems for producing electricity or reducing electricity consumption will be purchased.

Correlation with the objectives of the call for projects

The actions of these specific project objectives converge towards achieving the specific objectives of the call for projects. "Improving competitiveness and innovation in microenterprises", respectively:

• 1.3. – Intensifying sustainable growth and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs, including through productive investments (FEDR);

• 1.4. – Developing skills for smart specialisation, industrial transition and entrepreneurship (FEDR), the project proposing employee specialisations to acquire digital skills.

The building – surfaces and functions

Using the existing land and buildings, it is proposed to construct and arrange the space in the existing closed attic under the roof of the tourist reception structure (through ineligible expenses, at own expense, the building being legally raised before receiving the works and the plasterboard ceiling being supported by external walls of the spaces) and to create 6 rooms for accommodation with private bathrooms (of which 2 apartments consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 independent rooms), especially for tourists staying with children, and under the canopy of the 1st floor, 2 more rooms without bathrooms, which will be not connected to the existing bedrooms, their destination being for families with young children, all with a "three-star" comfort level.

In total, compared to the current situation when there are 8 accommodation rooms and 2 apartments with 2 rooms each, after the implementation of the project there will be 12 rooms with private bathrooms and 4 apartments with 2 bedrooms each.

In the semi-basement, the undeveloped spaces after the completion of the previous project (their development not being included in this one) will be closed and compartmentalized to accommodate a puffer (which will ensure sufficient heat storage for the newly built spaces), gender-separated locker rooms, an indoor pool with hydromassage, and 2 saunas - one dry and one wet.

In addition to construction works, it is proposed to purchase a wide range of recreational equipment: an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub, dry and wet saunas, as well as a hydromassage pool located in the basement of the building.

The guesthouse has its own car park with a capacity sized according to the number of rooms (including for people with disabilities and a minibus), in a private space that can ensure the security of cars.

Access to the hostel will be facilitated for people with disabilities by building a ramp from the street area, upstream of the hostel, to the basement. These people will also have access to the outdoor recreational and social spaces on built alleys.

For people with disabilities, there are specific facilities and appropriate conditions for access to the basement, where 3 rooms are provided with accommodation options for people with disabilities, one of which is adapted for people with locomotor disabilities, equipped with a bathroom sized and equipped appropriately according to specific regulations, the entrance door being wider and a kitchenette being arranged for preparing and serving meals. These people will benefit from special offers for the tourist service package. The unit is equipped with a special electrical device through which people with locomotor disabilities can climb the stairs. The project will purchase facilities that will also allow people with sensory disabilities to use the service spaces.

Free Internet will be provided within the guesthouse.

By using computer software for accommodation, it will be possible to ensure optimal conditions for tourist reservations and the organization of the use of leisure services offered as a package, the correct supply of products necessary for the activities, the monitoring of proposed indicators and the achievement of medium and long-term objectives.

Connection will be ensured with travel agencies, the tourist information point in the resort and potential clients, with a reduced response time to any service request.

At the reception, customers will be able to consult the entertainment offers of the respective period, along with the offers of restaurants in the area, tourist routes and tourist attractions in the area and the surroundings.
